Our Mission
Singapore's renovation market is worth over S$6 billion annually, yet homeowners still make S$50,000+ decisions based on rough sketches, sample boards, and imagination. Interior design consultations start at S$3,000 before a single item is purchased.
We started ElumiHome because we believe every homeowner — whether renovating a 3-room BTO or a Sentosa condo — deserves to see their home before they commit to it. Photorealistic AI visualisation should not be a luxury.
We also noticed something else: every AI interior design tool available was built for generic global markets. None understood HDB flat types, BTO renovation constraints, Singapore supplier ecosystems, or the specific styles that resonate with Singapore buyers. We decided to build the tool we wished existed.

The Product
ElumiHome uses FLUX.2 Provia fal.ai for photorealistic image generation, with ControlNet-based room segmentation to preserve your room's geometry while transforming its aesthetic. Each generation produces 4 variants, quality-scored automatically, and delivers the best 2 results within 30–60 seconds.
Beyond generation, we've built Singapore-specific layers:
- HDB renovation regulation checker (7 rules, auto-flagged)
- SGD renovation cost estimator by flat type and style
- Local furniture supplier links (Castlery, Scanteak, IKEA SG, and more)
